I want to invite my delicious creativity, my writing, to manifest clarity in my resting, my night sleep, and my day sleep. When I have ‘puzzles’ in my life, I want to use that time to come up with motivating solutions.

…I went to a cafe to send hours to write? It feels vulnerable. What would people think? I’ve been there for hours and I haven’t ordered very much. Look at her just into her writing. She’s lost in the world of words that are spilling from her head onto paper.

Okay — I struggle a bit.
I had a vivacious energy focused upon my changing weight — to lose a bit, to eat better, to be more active. While that is still present, it has been having a bit of a duel with that part of me that is ‘going to do what it wants to [...]

I have a step-son who had a birthday this week. He’s branching off into his ‘after high-school’ life with adventures untold. Perhaps his choices are not the choices I would wish for him, but they are his. He is making them, and his life is unfolding to support his choices.

And so it is. Is it true? Are there really angels among us? I believe there are. They come in all shapes and sizes.
There are angels who care for an aging parent that is separated by distance from her children. Thank you, angels.

In the spirit of all that is splendidly imperfect, I’m going to celebrate what is imperfect in my world. Care to join me?
I made a recipe this weekend, doubled part of it and didn’t double the other part — oops! (It’s still edible :-)  )

Well, so far, so good! I’m 3 pounds lighter today than I was last week. This is great news.
It feels good to see progress toward my goal.
Body - what do you think about all this hubub?
I believe my body feels more respected.
