On night dreams and day dreams…

I want to invite my delicious creativity, my writing, to manifest clarity in my resting, my night sleep, and my day sleep. When I have ‘puzzles’ in my life, I want to use that time to come up with motivating solutions.

When I sleep, I usually just let my body drift off into sleep, and allow my mind to go where it wants to go. I think that is good, and I think that is healthy. I also am aware that there is a wealth of solutions, amazing creativity and happy life there, in the dream world. It seems only logical that I allow that energy to help me navigate the maze of life.

I usually have rather disturbing dreams. While I am aware that I have an amazing intensity in my life energy, I think I can do more to drive that intensity to complement the well of goodness in me.

Dreams? Dream energy? What are your thoughts?

  • I always listen to my dreams. If at first I don’t understand them I give it time, write it out, see what it could be pointing to or symbolising. I’ve found any disturbing dream content to usually be a prod from the subconscious. Ignore it too long and the prod turns into a shout ~ disturbed nights and deteriorating days may follow.

I also totally believe we can do positive and healing work in our dreams if we go to sleep mindfully, and learn to take positive action in dreams (lucid dreaming). It is a gift to no longer be a slave to our dreams but have them working for us…

Sharing my dream pliers — here’s to successful rewiring, and the invitation for goodness to being alive in our dreams.

I don’t know the answer…wish I did! I normally have disturbing dreams and would very much like that to change. Perhaps some Holosync or Hemisync to rewire us? :-)
