One step at a time - 4

Okay — I struggle a bit.

I had a vivacious energy focused upon my changing weight — to lose a bit, to eat better, to be more active. While that is still present, it has been having a bit of a duel with that part of me that is ‘going to do what it wants to do’ just to be stubborn.

Let’s see — that little stubbornness is quite a persistent little energy. First of all, little stubbornness, thank you for being with me with such a passion. Your willingness to  persist is a mighty and wondrous thing.

I wonder if your passion for my life could help to fuel the vivacious energy of my growing self care? I wonder if you could help by being a model of persistent health? That way, you could be there for me, in your amazing way, and we could both get what we want — your might persistence and my amazing health. Shall we give it a whirl - see how it might work for you and I to dance a little differently?

  • patterns create grooves in our brain. The longer we have the pattern, the deeper the groove. YOu are literally climbing out of a hole created by those stubborn previous patterns. Rock on for honoring that and choosing to direct energy elsewhere!
